WEST HAVEN, Conn. – New Haven Women's Soccer was on the wrong end of a 6-0 final on Thursday night at Kathy Zolad Stadium. 

A closely-contested first half ended with the Blue & Gold facing a 1-0 deficit. Things fell apart in the second half as the Seawolves put up five goals to result in a 6-0 final.

Caitlin Daley (Norwich, Conn./Norwich Free Academy) finished with seven saves between the pipes for the Chargers before giving way to Jordan Galica (Vernon, Conn./Rockville) late in the second half.

New Haven is back in action in Smithfield, R.I. on Sept. 6 to visit Bryant University. Kickoff is slated for 7:00 p.m.
