LOWELL, Mass. – New Haven Field Hockey took a 14-0 loss on the road on Friday night as it visited the UMass Lowell Riverhawks. The Riverhawks scored multiple goals in each of the four quarters.
Eliza Caven (Caledon, Ontario/Humberview Secondary) finished the game with a defensive save, the second of her season.
Anne Marie Martin (Louisville, Ky.) started her third-straight game for the Blue & Gold, playing the first half. She denied 10 shots during her time on the field. Freshman
Rae Kline (Brookline, N.H./Hollis Brookline) played the entirety of the second half and stopped eight shots.
New Haven returns to action on Sunday, Sept. 21 as it hosts Wagner College. The matchup gets underway from DellaCamera Stadium at 6:00 p.m.
