2022-23: Appeared in 10 games scoring nine points off of three field goals, all from outside the three-point arc … Added three rebounds and a pair of assists … Scored his first bucket of the season in his first appearance of the season at home against Adelphi (Nov. 19), going 1-1 from the field for three points … Added two more three pointers later in the season against Pace (Mar. 11) and Caldwell (Mar. 12), both of which came in the NCAA Division II East Regionals.

2021-22: Appeared in 10 games scoring nine points with a pair of three-point field goals, three assists, three steals, and a block … Opened up the season strong scoring eight points across the two games of the CSI Season Opening Tournament … Started the year with three points with a 3-pt FG on his only attempt against Staten Island (Nov. 12) … Added five points against D’Youville (Nov. 13) … Also dished out two assists and picked off a pair of steals in that game. 

2020-21: 2020-21 season canceled due to CoVID-19 Pandemic.

2019-20: Appeared in two games, both in cross-divisional action, against Bentley (Jan. 14) and Southern New Hampshire (Jan. 28) … Finished with one assist to his credit which came against Bentley … Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following the spring semester.

Prior to New Haven: Was a student-athlete at Concordia College in Bronxville, N.Y. before transferring to New Haven … Appeared in 12 games in the 2018-19 season … Scored 15 points on 7-of-11 from the field while adding three rebounds, three assists and five steals.

High School: Played three seasons of varsity basketball in high school at the Master’s School in West Simsbury, Connecticut … Was captain for one season … Was named All-Conference CIAC two times.

Personal: Son of Janell Watson and Renard Francis… Has one brother, Trevaine Francis, and one sister, Jacquis … Has two cousins who played football at the collegiate level, one at CCSU and one at University of Michigan … Majoring in business management with a concentration in sport management.
