2021: Made an appearance in three games, finishing with one tackle in all three game for a total of three stops on the year … Included was a tackle for loss in the opening game of the season against Franklin Pierce (Sep. 4), driving the Ravens offense back six yards … Also had one pass breakup which came against Saint Anselm (Oct. 9) … Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following the Spring 2022 semester.

2020: 2020 season cancelled due to the CoVID-19 pandemic … Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean's List following the Fall 2020 semester.

High School: Played three years of varsity football, including one season as team captain, for the Eagles of Edison High School … Finished with 108 tackles during his senior season … Among those were 10 sacks, which tied the single season school record for sacks … Received All-State, All-Group 5 and All-GMC First Team honors … Selected to the 2019 Snapple Bowl.

Personal: Son of Crystal Long LaRoche and James Long … Has two brothers, Jordan and Mekhi, and one sister Destiny … Majoring in business management with a concentration in sport management.
