2021: Named to the Northeast-10 All-Rookie Team … Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following both the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters … Started all 35 games that she played in as the everyday left fielder … Finished the season with a .260 batting average, fifth best on the team … Tied for fourth on the team with 25 hits, which came in 87 at bats, with nine of those hits going for extra bases on six doubles and a trio of home runs … Successfully stole 10 bases in 11 attempts, while driving in a dozen runs and scoring 10 times … Hit safely in 19 games, including four with multiple hits … Set a career-high with a trio of hits in two games, the first against Saint Rose (Apr. 18) as he closed out that conference doubleheader with four RBI, going 4-for-6 on the day … Also finished with three hits in the second game of a doubleheader against American International (Apr. 27) … Eight of her stolen bases came in different games, while she finished with a pair in a win over American International (Apr. 22) … Finished the year with 33 putouts.

High School: Four-year varsity member of the Lakers softball team at Sunapee High School, including serving as the team captain for two seasons … Three-time All-State selection earning Second Team honors in 2017 and First Team accolades in 2018 and 2019 … Named the MVP of the softball team in 2018 and 2019 and earned the Slugger Award in 2017 … Also played soccer and participated in alpine and Nordic skiing … Was named Rookie of the Year in both Nordic and Alpine … Also earned Athlete of the Year by the Valley News for skiing … Was a First Team All-State selection in 2018 and 2019 in soccer.

Personal: Daughter of Tom and Jen Frederick … Has two older sisters, Katie and Meghan who both play collegiate sports; Meghan plays volleyball at Endicott and Katie plays basketball at St. Lawrence … Dad, Tom, played baseball at Westfield State … Major is currently undeclared in the College of Arts and Sciences.
