2022-23: Earned Academic Distinction (Fall 2022) and Academic Honors (Spring 2023) accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean’s List following the fall semester.  INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets during her first collegiate season in the shot put and weight throw … Set her season-best in the weight throw in her very first collegiate meet with a toss of 10.01 meters (32’10.25”) at the Art Kadish Elm City Challenge … Also finished fourth in the shot put in that same meet … Finished top-five in five meets during the indoor season in the shot put, with her best performance coming at the I-95 Showdown where she finished second overall … Finished seventh overall in the shot put at the NE10 Indoor Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season in the shot put and hammer throw … Saw her best in the shot put come in the Silfen Invitational where she hit a distance of 11.20 meters (36’ 9”) to finish sixth overall in the field … Took home a seventh place finish in the shot put at the NE10 Outdoor Championships, while also setting her season-best in the hammer throw at the conference meet with a toss of 37.52 meters (123’ 1”).

High School: Competed on the track and field team for the Bulldogs of Portland High School for four  seasons … Served as a team captain for two years … Also played soccer and softball … Named First Team All-Conference and received the Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete award.

Personal: Daughter of Kathryn and Kevin Connolly … Has one older brother, Cameron … Majoring in homeland security with an emergency management track.
