2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six meets during the 2023 season … Finished among the scoring five in all six meets … Best time on a 5K course came at the Bruce Kirsch Invitational where she finished 67th overall with a time of 25:35.5 … Best time on a 6K course came at the James Early Invitational where she finished 129th overall with a time of 28:26.1 … Finished second among the Chargers runners in two of the six meets, the James Early Invitational and the NE10 Championship.  

2022-23: Earned Academic Honors (Fall 2022) and Academic Distinction (Spring 2023) accolades on the Northeast-10 Conference Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean’s List following the spring semester. CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets in her inaugural cross country season … Posted her best finish at the Adelphi Short Course with a time of 23:55.20, finishing 67th among a field of 138 runners. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during her rookie indoor season, running in both the 800-meter and mile run individual events … Picked up a personal best in the 800 at the Fastrack National Invitational with a time of 2:49.36 … Tested out the 1,000-meter run on once occasion, finishing the event fourth overall at the Coast Guard Academy Winter Invitational … Opened up her indoor season as part of the second-place finishing distance medley relay at the Art Kadish Elm City Challenge … Followed that up a week late with a seventh place finish in the mile at the Wesleyan Invitational with a time of 6:21.38 … Qualified for the NE10 Championships in the mile, finishing 12th overall and setting a personal best with a time of 6:19.05. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in three events during the outdoor season, running the 1,500-meter run at the Ramapo College Track & Field Invitational, the Silfen Invitational and the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational … Set a personal best for both the indoor and outdoor season in the 1,500 at the Carisella meet with a time of 5:48.54, finishing sixth overall in the event.

High School: Ran cross country and was on the track and field team at James Hill House High School all four years … Qualified for the Southern Connecticut Conference Championships for cross country in three straight years … Also qualified for the SCC Championships and advanced to the state championships twice in back-to-back years for track & field.

Personal: Majoring in criminal justice with a concentration in crime analysis.
