2025: Appeared in 22 games, making 10 starts while splitting time in the outfield… Finished the season batting .375 with 18 hits in 48 at-bats, including three doubles and one home run… Drove in seven runs and scored 18 times… Also walked 15 times and stole two bases… Hit safely in 13 games and recorded four multi-hit performances… Had a breakout game on May 3 at American International with two hits, including his first collegiate home run, and two RBI… Tallied a season-high three runs scored and eight putouts against Mercy (Apr. 30)… Finished with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage across 52 chances.

2024: Earned Academic Distinction accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean’s List following both the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters … Made an appearance in nine games, starting in a pair … Finished the season with a pair of hits in 14 at bats, including a double which came against Felician (Mar. 3) … Also finished with a pair of stolen bases, one each against Felician and Molloy (Mar. 11).

High School: Played three seasons of varsity baseball for the Clippers of Bellport High School … Served as a team captain during his senior year … Three-Time All-Suffolk Conference League selection and twice named to the All-County teams … Named the Clippers most valuable player as a junior and senior.

Personal: Son of Johnna and Rich Russo … Has two twin brothers, Jack and Luke … Majoring in finance and financial analytics.
