2018-19 Season:
Named to the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll.
Outdoor: Competed in the 5,000m at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships…Part of the 4x800 relay team that won gold at the Jim Sheehan Memorial Invitational…Placed second in the 5,000 meter dash with a time of 19:21.53 at the Mark Young Invitational.
Indoor: Competed in the mile, and on the 4x800m and DMR teams at the NE10 Indoor Track & Field Championships…Took fifth overall in 5:22.01 at the Giegengack Invitational.

2017
Northeast-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll...Dean's List...All-East Region…Two-time Northeast-10 Athlete of the Week (9/26 and 10/17)…Two-time ECAC Division II Runner of the Week (9/27 and 10/18)…2017-18 New Haven Women's Cross Country Team MVP...Participated in all six races for the Chargers…Was the top finisher for New Haven in all six races…Finished five out of the six races in the top five and the last race in the top 20…Finished first in the Ted-Owen Invitational (10/22) with a 5K season-best time of 18:53.3…Ran her 6K personal best with a time of 22:20.6 where she placed fifth in the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/22)…Clocked in for a 16^th place finish with a time of 23:20.6 in the NCAA Division II East Region Championships.

2016
Competed in all six meets…Finished a career-best fourth at the Trinity Invitational…Clocked in with a career-best 5K time of 18:49.6 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational…Set a career-best 6K time of 23:22.1 at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships.

2015
Competed in all six races for the Chargers…Was the top New Haven finisher in three meets, including the Ted Owen Invitational where she placed 15th with a time of 19:26.4…Finished with a time of 23:56.9 in the 6k race at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships…Clocked in with a 24:26.2 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships.

Two-time Staten Island Advance All-Star at Staten Island Technical High School...Helped team to PSAL cross country championship as a sophomore and senior...Borough Champion as a senior in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 20:17.83...Team Captain...Member of the National Honor Society.
