2009-2010 Season: Indoor Track: At the Northeast-10 Conference Championship ran season bests in the long jump finishing with a distance of 5.20m placing forth and in the triple jump finishing with a distance of 10.60m placing third. Outdoor Track: Finished first at the Coast Guard Invitational in the 100m dash with a time of 12.94…Placed fifth in the long jump at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships with a distance of 5.18m and also placed fifth in the triple jump with a distance of 10.56m…Also competed in the New England Championship finishing sixteenth in the triple jump with a distance of 10.37m.

High School: Named team MVP in her sophomore, junior and senior seasons...Named to the Boston Globe First Team All-Star and was the Baystate Conference Champion in the 55m, long jump and triple jump.

Personal: Daughter of Kelvin and Margaret Howell...Has one brother, Romel and one sister, Kerry Ann...Career ambition is to become a therapist.
