Raced in all six meets…Finished with a season-best 5K time of 19:43.8 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational…Finished 55th at the Northeast-10 Championships.

2015
Competed in all six meets for the Chargers…Had the top time for New Haven at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships, clocking in at 23:30.0 on the 6k course, leading the Chargers to a 12th place finish…Was one of three New Haven runners in the top third of the field at the Ted Owen Invitational, placing 21st with a time of 19:43.6.

2014
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll...Was the first Charger to finish the Trinity Bantam Invitational 4k with a time of 18:34.9.

2013 (at Dutchess Community College)
Earned First Team All-America honors with a third-place finish at the NJCAA National Championship...NJCAA Region XV Champion.

2012 (at Dutchess Community College)
Collected Third Team All-America laurels as the 12th-place finisher at the NJCAA National Championship...Placed second at the NJCAA Region XV Championship.

High School
As a senior, placed 16th at the MHAL Championship Meet...On the track, placed third in the 3,000m run at the MHAL Championship Meet.
