2018-19 Season:
Named to Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll.
Outdoor: Finished fifth in the finals of the 100 meter hurdles at the Northeast-10 Championships…Placed second in the long jump with a score of 5.47m at the 2019 Jim Sheehan Memorial Invitational…Placed second in the long jump and the 100 meter hurdles at the Silfen Invitational 2019… Part of the winning 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams at the Mark Young Invitational.
Indoor: Placed third in the 60 meter hurdles (9.07) and took fourth with a personal-record in the long jump (5.59m) at the NE10 Indoor Track & Field Championships…Placed first in the 60H with a time of 9.02 at the 13^th Giegengack Invitational.

2017-18 Season:
Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 100m hurdles (15.11) and ninth in the long jump (5.47m) at the Northeast 10 Conference Championships…Also competed on the 4x1 and 4x4 relay teams at the NE10 Championships…Took runner-up in the 100m hurdles (15.14) at the Mark Young Invitational…Competed in the long jump, 4x400 finals, and 4x100 prelims at the Penn Relays…Took second in the 100m hurdles (15.77) at the Silfen Invitational…Finished runner-up in the long jump (5.24m) and fifth in the 100m hurdles (16.00) at the Stockton University Invitational.
Indoor: USTFCCCA All-Region...All-East Region...Set personal bests in the 60-meter dash (8.24), 200-meter dash (26.93), long jump (5.50 meters), and the shot put (7.23 meters)…Placed second in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.12 at the 2018 NE10 Indoor Championship…Posted 15 top ten finishes throughout the season.

2015-16 Season:
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll...U.S Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-East Region…Competed in sprints, hurdles and the long jump…Finished first in the outdoor 100-meter hurdles at the Yale Multi Team Meet with a time of 15.87 seconds.

High School:
Graduate of Southern Regional High School in Manahawkin, N.J…All-South Jersey Shore Champion in 100-meter hurdles in 2015…Holds school record for 300-meter hurdles and shuttle hurdle relay…Ocean County Champion in 400-meter hurdles in 2015.
