Outdoor: Finished third in the hammer throw (PR-53.45) and eighth in the shot put (13.02m) at the New England Championships…Placed fourth in the hammer throw (47.77m) and fifth in the shot put (12.07m) at the NE10 Championships…Placed second in the shot put with a distance of 11.80 meters at the Jim Sheehan Memorial Invitational…Won the hammer throw with a distance of 49.93m at the Silfen Invitational…Placed first in the shot put (12.68m) and runner-up in the hammer (48.35m) at the Mark Young Invitational…Came in second in the shot put at the Yale Springtime Invitational.
Indoor: Took second place in the weight throw (PR-16.56m) and fifth place in the shot put (12.66m) at the Northeast-10 Championships…Placed second in the weight throw with a distance of 15.96 meters at the 13th Giegengack Invitational, and also took third place in the shot put (11.89m).

2017-18 Season:
Outdoor: Placed seventh out of 22 in the shot put at the NEICAAA Championships (13.26m)…Landed on the podium in third place in the shot put at the Northeast 10 Conference Championships with a mark of 13.56m…Also competed in the hammer throw at the NE10 Championships…Placed second in the shot put (12.81m) and fourth in the hammer throw (46.72m) at the Yale Springtime Invitational…Competed in the shot put at the Penn Relays (12.90m)…Won the shot put (12.40m) and placed fifth in the hammer throw (42.37m) at the Stockton University Invitational.
Indoor: Placed eighth and set a personal best with a weight throw of 15.86 meters at the 2018 NE10 Indoor Championship…Finished fourth in the shot put at the 2017 Yale Season Opener…Recorded eight top ten finishes.

2015-16 Season:
U.S Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-East Region…Competed in the shot put, discus, hammer and weight throws…Finished second at the Wesleyan Spring Break Track & Field Invitational in the shot put with a mark of 11.91 meters.

High School:
Holds the shot put record at Montclair High School (N.J.) and Essex County…Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Essex County shot put champion…Outdoor Super Essex County champion in shot put and discus…First Team All-Conference and First Team All-County member…also played volleyball and basketball
