2017-18:
Finished second with a high jump of 1.60 meters at the Elm City Challenge…Posted six top ten finishes.

2015-16:
U.S Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-East Region…Dean’s List…Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…NE-10 champion in both the indoor and outdoor high jump…Won the high jump at six different events,  with her best height of 1.68 meters coming at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational…Also competed in the 200-meter dash.

2014-2015:
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…2015 USTFCCCA Outdoor All-East Region…Recorded indoor personal best times in the 60-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles at the NE-10 Indoor Championships with times of 8.68 and 9.89 respectively…Set an outdoor personal best and finished fifth at the New England Championships with a height of 1.65 meters in the high jump…Placed fourth in the same event with a height of 1.62 meters at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships.

High School:
Three time all-county in high jump...Two time All-Long Island in high jump...All-County champion in in outdoor pentathlon in 2014...Four time scholar athlete...Two time 100m hurdles champion...Two year track and field captain...Also a member of the volleyball and basketball teams. 

Personal:
Daughter of Thomas and Patricia Silhan. Has one brother, Brian and one sister, Carolyn...Majoring in Criminal Justice Law Enforcement.
