2024: Made an appearance in 31 games, starting in 27 as he split the season with Casey Cerruto as the backstop … Finished the year with 20 hits in 97 at bats, with one of those 20 hits going for extra bases, a double … Drove in 14 runs and scored 12 times … Hit safely in 16 games, finishing four of those with two hits … Opened up the season with his first multi-hit game, going 2-for-3 with an RBI in Myrtle Beach against Chestnut Hill (Feb. 23) … His remaining three two-hit games all came in conference play against Saint Anselm (Mar. 22), Saint Rose (Apr. 6) and Saint Michael’s (Apr. 14) … Finished the latter of those multi-hit games with a career-high three RBI as he finished 2-for-4 at the plate and scored twice against the Purple Knights … Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following the Fall 2023 semester.

2023: Made an appearance in five games, starting in three … Finished out the season with a trio of hits, those coming in seven at bats and one going for extra bases on a double which came against Adelphi (Mar. 15) … All three of his hits came in different games … Also drove in a run against the Panthers, matching his first collegiate RBI which came the day prior against Lynn (Mar. 14). 

High School: Played four years of varsity baseball for the Falcons of Fitch High School … Named team captain as a senior … Also played one year of football … Twice Named All-State and also received Eastern Connecticut Conference Player of the Year honors … Named to the honor roll all four years at Fitch.

Personal: Son of Brian and Tiffany McGugan … Has two younger sisters; Brynn and Chandler … Majoring in finance.
