2014 Season: Selected by the Tampa Bays Rays in the 38th round (1147 overall) of the 2014 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft, becoming the 44th New Haven baseball player to be selected by a Major League organization...Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Named to the Northeast-10 All-Conference Second Team as an outfielder…Started all 36 games for the Chargers…Had three hits, three RBIs and a run scored at Dowling (3/11)…Registered two hits, including a triple with three RBIs and a run vs. Felician (3/15)…Named the NE-10 Player of the Week on March 17…Had two hits, three RBIs and two runs scored vs. Saint Michael’s (4/5)…Blasted a solo home run vs. American Int’l (4/19)…Added three hits and two RBIs at Southern Conn. State (4/29).

2013 Season: Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Selected to the ABCA All-East Region Second Team...Named to Northeast-10 All-Conference Second Team…Appeared and started in 46 games…Had a breakout year, leading team in batting average (.352), hits (64), doubles (13) and RBIs (32)…Second on the Chargers with 77 total bases and a .423 slugging pct…Third on team with a .385 on-base pct…Added nine stolen bases…Had three hits and four RBIs against Mercy (3/16)…Totaled three hits, three RBIs and two runs scored vs. Stonehill (3/24)…Had three hits and two runs scored vs. Pace (4/10)…Added two hits, two RBIs and a run at Southern Conn. State (4/16)…Earned a career-high four hits with two RBIs and two runs scored at Saint Rose (4/20)…Added three hits, three RBIs and a run vs. Southern Conn. 2012 Season: Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Saw action in 18 games, making 16 starts…Finished with 17 hits, six RBIs, and nine runs scored…Compiled a .288 batting average…Combined for four hits, four runs, and two RBIs, including a home run in a doubleheader at Assumption (4/28).

2011 Season: Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll…Made 36 appearances, including 35 starts primarily at first base…First on the team with three home runs…Fourth on the team with 16 RBI and 20 runs scored…Fifth on the team with 42 total bases…Went 3-for-5 with two runs and two RBI, including a double and first collegiate home run at Molloy College on 3/6…Tallied three hits with two runs, four RBI, one home run and a stolen base against Caldwell College on 3/15.

High School: A two-sport athlete at Conard High School…Named to the All-Conference team as a junior and senior…An All-State and Junior Select honoree in 2010…Also a member of the Chieftains swimming team…Awarded to the All-Conference team in 2010…Honor roll status from 2007-10.

Personal: Son of Terry and Rich DeMorais…Has one sister, Kim…Majoring in Sports Management and Finance at New Haven.
