2022-23: Earned Academic Distinction accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean’s List following the Spring 2023 semester. CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six meets during the 2022 cross country season, finishing as the lead runner for the Chargers in all but on of those meets … Broke 20 minutes for the first time in her career as she finished first for her team and 53rd overall at the Ted Owen Invitational with a time of 19:57 … Finished 21st in the scoring at the Northeast-10 Cross Country Championship, second on the team at the conference championships … Led the team at the NCAA East Regionals, finishing 47th in the scoring, out of 144 runners, with a time of 24:02.3 … INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets during the indoor season … Earned title honors with a first place finish in the mile run at The William Sutherland Invitational, setting her personal best in the event with a time of 5:50.18 … Competed at the New England Championships as a member of the 4x800-meter relay … Qualified for the indoor NE10 Championships in two individual events, the 800-meter run and the high jump, while also joining a pair of relay teams, the 4x400 and the DMR … Finished one spot out of the scoring in the 800-meter run with a new personal best time of 2:23.01 … Both NE10 Championship relays she was a part of scored points for the Chargers. 2021-22: Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following both the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters. CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six events during her rookie campaign … Finished second or better in ever event in the fall, with a top finish for the Chargers at the Ted Owen Invitational where she posted a time of 20:31.6 to finish 45th out of 117 runners … Saw a top-eight finish in her second meet of the year, the Trinity Bantam Invitational … Also finished in the top-20 at the Adelphi Panther Invitational, her first collegiate cross country meet. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in three meets during her rookie indoor season, including qualifying for the NE10 Championship in the high jump as well as joining the distance medley and the 4x800-meter relay teams at the championships … Posted her career-best in the high jump at the NE10 championships with a height of 1.53 meters, finishing fourth overall in the event … Also ran the 800-meter run at The Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge, taking home first place honors in her first collegiate indoor track meet. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season, qualifying for the NE10 Championship in the high jump and the 400-meter hurdles and qualifying for the New England Championships in the 400-meter hurdles … Scored her best finish of the season with a second place showing in the 1,500-meter run at the Jim Barber & Jack Maloney Invitational with a time of 5:09.00 … Took home seventh place in the 400-meter hurdles at the NE10 Outdoor Championships, scoring points for her team at both the indoor and outdoor championships in just her rookie season.
