University of New Haven Athletics

A former hurdler for the Bengels, Hicks coached at Buffalo State in 2008 and 2009. While at Buffalo State he qualified for indoor nationals on two occasions. In 2007 Hicks was named the Hube Coyer Athletic Career Award after winning every conference championship he competed in during his tenure. He is also USA track & field level one certified.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in English while at Buffalo State and was a member of the English honors society.
