Caryn Sibiskie joined the New Haven volleyball staff prior to the 2021 season as a graduate assistant coach after spending the 2019 season as an assistant coach at Division III Thiel College.

A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University, Sibiskie is a native of Connecticut, hailing from Rockfall. As a middle hitter with the Warriors, she recorded 331 kills and 50 service aces during her collegiate career and was part a ECSU team that won a Little East Conference title and qualified for the NCAA tournament in 2018.

In addition to her collegiate experience, Sibiskie also coached the U17 team with the Elevation Volleyball Academy located in central Connecticut.
