BOCA RATON, Fla. - The University of New Haven baseball team dropped a non-conference game 7-6 to Mercy College Monday afternoon played at Lynn University. With the loss, the Chargers fell to 5-2 on the season, while the Mavericks improved to 4-6.

Mercy rallied from a 6-2 ninth-inning deficit with five runs to overtake the Chargers in the final inning.

The Chargers return to action on Tuesday, March 15 against Saint Thomas Aquinas at 9 a.m. and against Caldwell College at 12:30 p.m.
