RESULTS

BOSTON, Mass. - The University of New Haven women's indoor track and field team competed in the 2012 Boston University Terrier Classic Friday. Four Chargers earned top 20 finishes, while competing against a number of Division I programs.

Alissa Howell (Framingham, Mass./Framingham) placed fourth in the long jump with a distance of 5.09 meters, while Tiara Mitchell (Westbury, N.Y./Old Westbury) finished in seventh place in the triple jump with a distance of 11.28 meters. Calista Hutchinson (Adams, N.Y./South Jefferson Central) placed 12th in the high jump with a height of 1.60 meters. Freshman Ivy Watts (Waltham, Mass./Waltham) added a 13th place finish in the 400-meter with a time of 57.90 seconds.

New Haven will return to action on Friday, February 3 when it takes part in the Giegengack Invitational at Yale University's Cox Cage.
