OPENING TIP
New Haven welcomes Pace to Charger Gymnasium on Wednesday evening for a big Northeast-10 Southwest Division showdown. With just one game separating the two squads, the teams will be meeting for the second time this season.
 
INSIDE THE SERIES
-   Pace leads the all-time series 27-9, having taken the most recent matchup earlier this season 55-45 on November 26. The Setters have won each of the last two matchups in the series, with the teams splitting last year's matchups, where the home team won each game.

SCOUTING NEW HAVEN
-   The Chargers are coming off a pair of solid wins last week over Southern New Hampshire and Franklin Pierce, having one player in each game record their first career double-double. Juniors Brie Pergola (Torrington, Conn./Torrington) and Jasmine White (Huntington, N.Y./St. Anthony's) each recorded their first career double-doubles against SNHU and Franklin Pierce, respectively, with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
 
-   New Haven's defense has continued to be a driving force behind the team's success, leading the NE10 and ranking seventh in the nation in scoring defense at 53.3 points per game. The Chargers also lead the conference and rank 9th nationally in FG% defense (.335) and rank fourth in the NE10, holding the opposition to just .285 percent from three-point range.
 
-   Offensively, the Chargers are averaging 59.0 points per game, good for 11th in the NE10.
 
-   The Chargers have climbed to sixth in the conference by shooting 42.3 percent overall and are shooting 31.5 percent from the arc, which sits 7th in the NE10.
 
-     Senior Micah Wormack (Cumberland, Md./Allegany) leads the team in scoring (13.1) and is second in rebounding (6.6). She scored a season-high 27 points at American International on Dec. 10 and dropped 24 at Saint Michael's on Jan. 11. She tied her career-high with three assists at SNHU on Jan. 28.
 
-   Freshman Aurora Deshaies (Syracuse, N.Y./Bishop Ludden) ranks second in the NE10 in field goal percentage at 57.8 percent (100-for-173). She is second on the team with 11.5 points and leads the team with 7.2 rebounds per game.
 
-   Sophomore Camryn DeBose (Wellington, Fla./Wellington Community) is third on the team with 10.2 ppg. She is second on the squad by shooting 33.7 percent from beyond the arc.
 
-     Brie Pergola (Torrington, Conn./Torrington) is second in the NE10 with a .443 3FG percentage. She also averages 4.1 assists per game, sixth in the NE10. She is averaging 10.0 points per game, fourth on the team.
 
-     Redshirt sophomore point guard Luzdali Ocasio (Davenport, Fla./New Hampton) is t-8th in the NE10 and second on the team with 3.8 assists per game. She had a career-high 10 assists at Chestnut Hill on December 11.
 
SCOUTING PACE
-   At 16-6 overall and 9-4 in the NE10, Pace remains in a tie for second place with Le Moyne.
 
-   Guard Jackie DelliSanti ranks in the top five in the NE10 in multiple categories including points per game (4th/17.8 ppg) and field goal percentage (5th/53.3%). She also ranks 11th in the conference and second on the team with 7.6 rebounds per game.
 
-   Junior forward Lauren Schetter leads the team and ranks 6th in the NE10 in scoring (15.9 ppg) and 7th with 8.1 rebounds per game. Defensively, she ranks eighth in both steals and blocks.
 
-    Pace ranks sixth in the NE10 with 67.6 points per game, and is fifth by allowing just 58.7 points per game.
 
-   Pace holds a -1.0 rebounding margin and is fourth in assists per game with 11.6, led individually by Lauren Hackett with 3.8 apg and DelliSanti with 2.9 apg.
 
-   Pace is ranked seventh in the D2SIDA East Region Poll this week after a 1-1 week last week that saw them win by 11 at SNHU and lose by 10 at home to Franklin Pierce.

Jasmine White (Huntington, N.Y./St. Anthony's) had a career game on Saturday against Franklin Pierce, netting her first career double-double with career-highs of 13 points, 10 rebounds and seven made field goals.
 
GOAL STREAK
Brie Pergola (Torrington, Conn./Torrington) has scored in double figures in three straight games, including 16 points against Franklin Pierce on Saturday and a 13-point, 10 rebound effort for her first career double-double at SNHU last Tuesday. She has scored 14.7 ppg over the last three games and has risen back to double digits in scoring at 10.0 ppg for the season.
