ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Junior outside Emily Barry (Freeport, N.Y./Sacred Heart Academy) led the New Haven offense with 23 kills across two matches this afternoon as the Blue and Gold opened the Roberts Wesleyan College Invitational with a pair of victories on opening day. The Chargers took down Daemen in five sets early in the day before sweeping the host Red Hawks in the nightcap.

Setting them up all afternoon was freshman Sophia Leon-Tabor (Fort Myers, Fla./Fort Myers) who tallied 75 assists across the two matches including 43 in the win over Roberts Wesleyan.
