RESULTS
CICERO, N.Y. – The University of New Haven women's golf team made its program debut this past weekend, competing at the Le Moyne Fall Invitational, finishing eighth overall.
Leading the Chargers was freshman Danielle Jastrab (Camino, Calif./Eldorado) who finished the 36-hole event in 39th place overall with a combined score of 210. Freshman Emily Florin (Monroe, Conn./Masuk), Sophomore Abigail Hepler (/) and Graduate Student Hannah Catallo-Stooks (/) followed Jastrab, all finishing within four strokes of one another.
Rounding out the New Haven five was sophomore Mackenzie Gardner (/) who finished 45th overall.
The women's golf team will return to the course in two weeks when the travel to Hudson, N.H. for the Franklin Pierce Invitational which is scheduled for September 25-26.
