FULL NORTHEAST-10 RELEASE
MANSFIELD, Mass. – After leading her team to a perfect 2-0 week with a pair of conference wins over Assumption and Franklin Pierce, junior Lindsay Hogan (Bayville, N.Y./Locust Valley) scored her first Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Week accolades as announced by the conference office.
For the week, Hogan averaged 17.5 points per game, shooting 45 percent for the week (13-of-29), including 56% (9-of-16) from beyond the three-point arc. In addition, Hogan finished with nine rebounds, three assists, three steals and a block combined in the two games.
Among the highlights for Hogan was her fifth three pointer of the game against Franklin Pierce, her ninth of the week, which came in the opening minutes of the fourth quarter and went into the record books as the 100th of her collegiate career, becoming the 10th player in program history with at least 100 career three point field goals.
Hogan and the Chargers will get back to work on Tuesday evening when they travel to Manchester, N.H. for a date with the Southern New Hampshire Penmen. Opening tip from the Stan Spirou Field House is slated for 5:30 p.m. with all of the action available live on NE10 Now on Flo College.
