Indianapolis, Ind- For the first time since the 2014-15 season the Chargers will get a chance to play for a national championship, earning one of the eight bids from East Region to the upcoming NCAA Division II National Championship Tournament. The Chargers will enter the six-round tournament as the No. 8 seed and will take on No. 1 seed Bentley in the opening round on Friday.
New Haven and Bentley will meet for the forty-fourth time in the history of the two the programs. Four of those meetings have come in the NCAA tournament, with the fifth one coming Friday. First round match is set to take place in Waltham, MA at the Dana Center
