West Haven, Conn. – New Haven Men's Basketball incoming transfer Andre Pasha was announced as the NJCAA Region 3 Male Athlete Of The Year on Thursday.

Pasha, who comes to New Haven with three years of eligibility remaining, averaged 14.2 points per game and just under 11 rebounds per game for the Mohawk Valley Community College Hawks. Pasha played in 29 of 30 games, helping lead the Hawks to a 29-1 record. His 56% from the field led the Hawks and placed him in the Region's top 10.

Pasha was recognized at both the national and regional levels this year. His accolades include being named an NJCAA First Team All-American and First Team All-Region, Mountain Valley Conference Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference, and a member of the NJCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship All-Tournament Team.

New Haven will open up its 2025-26 campaign at UConn on Monday, Nov. 3.
