2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four of the six meets during the fall cross country season … Finished top five for the Chargers in three of the four meets … Opened the season with his best individual finish, posting a 19th place performance at the Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational with a time of 21:21.7 … Saw his best 8K time come at the Bruce Kirsch Invitational where he finished 55th in the field with a time of 28:20.8 … Finished seventh among the Chargers runners at the NE10 Championship with a time of 28:35.5, 82nd in the field of 121 runners.

2022-23: Earned Academic Honors (Fall 2022) and Academic Distinction (Spring 2023) accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean’s List following the spring semester. CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six meets during the fall cross country season … Opened up the season with his best individual finish of the season with a time of 21:22.9 at the Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational, finishing 50th overall … Matched that finish at the Adelphi Short Course with a time of 17:14.6 good for 50th place overall … Best long-course time of the season came at the New England Championships where he finished with a time of 28:45. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during the indoor season, including qualifying for his first NE10 Championship in an individual event, the 800-meter run where he finished 21st overall … Opened up the indoor season with a personal best in the mile run, finishing second overall at The Art Kadish Elm City Challenge with a time of 4:49.68 … Also set a personal best in the 1,000-meter run at the Coast Guard Academy Winter Invitational with his time of 2:47.72 taking home third place overall … Also saw a top-five finish at the William Sutherland Invitational, finishing fourth overall in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:04.85.  OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran in seven meets during the outdoor season … Set one personal best on the track, with that coming in the 1,500-meter run where he finished with a time of 4:19.23 at the Ramapo College Track & Field Invitational … Saw his best individual performance come at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational where she finished ninth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:01.61 … Was a member of the fourth place finishing 4x800-meter relay at the NE10 Outdoor Championships, his second time scoring points at the conference championship.

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in a pair of meets during his rookie indoor season, running the 800 at both the Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge and the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational … Opened up the indoor season with a seventh place finish in the 800 with a time of 2:06.52.  OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran in six meets during the outdoor season, competing in the 800, 1,500 and mile run events individually and as a member of the 4x400 and 4x800-meter relays … Set a personal best in the 800-meter run at the Jim Barber & Jack Maloney Invitational with a time of 2:00.22 good for sixth place overall … Competed at his first NE10 track and field championship as a member of the 4x800-meter relay which finished fifth overall for his first championship points.

High School: Was a member of the cross country and track & field team at Holy Trinity Diocesan High School … Served as team captain for two seasons … Set a school record as a freshman in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:30.43 … Won the Nassau Suffolk Catholic High School Athletic Association Championship in the 600-meter run as a sophomore.
