2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six meets during the fall cross country season … Posted a pair of top-five finishes for the Chargers, including at the Northeast-10 Championship where he finished 70th overall with a season-best time on an 8K course of 28:07.0 … In addition to that meet, broke the 29 minute mark on two other occasions, at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (28:21.2) and at the James Early Invitational (28:18.4), the latter finishing 90th among a field of 202 runners … Posted a time of 36:51.4 on the 10K course at the NCAA Division II East Region Championship to finish 114th among the field of 138 runners.

CROSS COUNTRY: Was a top-five finisher for the Chargers in all six of the meets during the cross country season … Finished third for the Blue and Gold in four of the six meets, including at the NE10 Championship where he finished 33rd among a field of 125 with a time of 27:35.1 … Best individual finish came at the Adelphi Short Course event where he finished 24th overall among a field of 156 runners. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, including as a member of the distance medley relay at the NE10 Championship and the New England Championships … Part of the fourth place finishing DMR at the NE10’s … Set personal bests in both the 1,000-meter and 3,000-meter events … The first of those while finishing 10th overall at the Coast Guard Academic Winter Invitational with a time of 2:59.60 … In the 3,000, finished third overall with his personal best time of 9:17.51, which came at the William Sutherland Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran in six meets during the outdoor season, setting a pair of personal best times during the outdoor campaign … Posted his best mile time at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational, finishing 14th overall with a time of 4:35.81 … Closed out the 5,000-meter run at the TCNJ Invitational in a personal best of 16:47.86 to finished 16th overall … Ran his first individual NE10 Championship event, finishing 13th in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:17.55.

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets as a rookie on the indoor track team… Split time between the 800-meter and mile events individual, while joining the 4x800 and distance medley relays at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship … Was a part of scoring in both of those relays at the championship, finishing sixth in the DMR and seventh in the 4x800 … Posted a pair of top-five finishes individually, once in the mile at the Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge (5th, 4:59.93) and once in the 800-meter run with a personal best time of 2:04.26 to finished third at the William Sutherland Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, including qualifying for the NE10 Championship in the 1,500-meter run where he finished 12th overall with a personal best of 4:15.09. Also ran the 800-meter and mile events individually while joining the 4x400-meter relay twice.
