2022-23 Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following the fall semester … INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during her first season with the track and field team, primarily in the middle distance events … Was a member of the third place finishing distance medley relay at her first meet, the Coast Guard Winter Invitational … Individually saw her best finish come at the William Sutherland Invitational where she finished second overall in the mile with a personal best time of 5:52.78 … Also set a personal best in the 800-meter run at the Fastrack National Invitational with a time of 2:31.21 … Competed as a member of two relays at the Northeast-10 Championship, finishing fourth in the 4x800 meter relay and fifth in the distance medley relay. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season … Opened up the season on the 4x800 meter relay team at the Ramapo College Invitational, finishing third overall … Also part of the 4x800 at the Silfen Invitational which finished second overall … Individually, saw her best finish come at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational where she finished sixth with a time of 2:36.74 … Closed out the outdoor season at the Northeast-10 Championship where she was a part of the 4x800 relay team that finished fifth overall.

WOMEN’S SOCCER: Also a member of the Chargers women’s soccer team where she was a key member of the Chargers midfield and defense.

Prior to New Haven: Transferred to New Haven from Youngstown State where she was a member of the soccer team for two seasons … Played in 14 games in 2021 … Finished the year with an assist against Marshall … Also played in nine games in the 2020-21 season that was moved to the spring due to the CoVID-19 pandemic.

High School: Was a three-year letterwinner and two-year captain for the Spartans of Deptford Township High School … Scored 15 goals and recorded 10 assists during her playing career ... Was a Tri-County First-Team All-Conference selection as a sophomore and junior … Also played one season of football as a place kicker where in a single game she converted five extra points and made a 22-yard field goal … Honored by the National Football League as the Way to Play winner.

Personal: Daughter of John and Sharon Shilling … has three younger brothers; Johnny, Matthew and Anthony … Majoring in international business.
