2013-2014 Season: Indoor Track: Competed in the 55-meter dash at the Elm City Duel Challenge and placed sixth overall with a time of 6.80 seconds… At the Yale Season Opener, ran the 200-meter dash and crossed the tape in 23.84 seconds…Ran the 60-meter dash at the 2014 Yale Collegiate Invitational and finished in 7.20 seconds... Outdoor Track: At the 1^st Annual Mark Young Invitational, ran the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes and finished with times of 11.28 and 23.00 seconds, respectively…Competed in the 400-meter dash at the Shamrock Invitational finishing with a time of 51.81 seconds.

2012-2013 Season: USTFCCA All-East Region...Northeast-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll…  Indoor Track: Was a part of the 4x400 relay team that placed third with a time of 3:22.19 at the Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championship… Outdoor Track: Was part of the 4x100 relay team that placed third with a time of 43.67 seconds at the Tribe Invitational…Also posted a time of 23.15 seconds in the 200-meter at Tribe…At UCONN Men’s Invitational, placed 11^th in the 100-meter with a time of 11.55 seconds…Also posted a time of 51.96 seconds in the 400-meter at the George Davis Invitational.

Prior to UNH: Attended Monroe College in 2010.... Best time in the 100m is 10.58sec... Best time in the 400meter is 50.5sec.... Attended NJCAA National outdoor championship in 2011 and 2012...Won the 100m finals at regional districts in 2011. 

High School: Attended Grace ISSA Boys And GIrls Championship Jamaica....The captain of Monroe College Track Team 2011-2012... Bronze medalist in 2008 for Jamaica boys and girls championship... Bronze medalist at Gibson Relay(Jamaica).... Competed at Penn Relays in the 4x100... Captain of Jamaica College track in 2010...100 meter finalist at University of Technology invitational... Placed 1st in 4x100m at Camperdown Classic invitational in 2007 in Jamaica...

Personal: Son of Delroy James and Morvine Thompson...Has three brothers, Jamar Henry,Peater Palmer and Rashad Palmer...Majoring in Business Managment...
