Indoor Track: At the Yale Season Opener, posted a time of 4:32.33 in the 4x 400m relay…At the Giegengack Invitational, posted a time of 3:32.62 in the 1,000m…Also posted a time of 5:38.42 in the one mile…At the Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championship, posted a time of 10:21.76 in the 4x800m Relay…Placed ninth in the 3,000m with a time of 11:14.72… Outdoor Track: At the 2013 Tribe Invitational, finished 23rd in the 1500m Run with 5:18.36…Finished 24th in the 3000m Run at the Yale Springtime Invitational with a time of 11:20.87…At the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, finished 14th in the 5000m run with 19:30.18.

2011-2012 Season: Part of the team named U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team…U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Cross Country: At the Northeast-10 Conference Championship posted a time of 19:34.52…Also posted a time of 25:00.2 at the NCAA East Region Championship.  Indoor Track: At the Yale Season Opener posted a time of 5:52.02 in the one mile run for an eighth place finish…Also collected a 13^th place finish at the Giengengack Invitational in the one mile run with a time of 5:32.83. Outdoor Track: Opened the season at the UConn Invitational with a time of 2:40.30 in the 800m dash.
