Biography

2015-16
Competed in the 400-meter hurdles, long jump and triple jump…Finished third in the 400-meter hurdles at the Yale Springtime Invitational with a time of 1:10.67.

2014-2015
Set a personal best with 2,705 points in the indoor pentathlon at the Elm City Challenge…During the outdoor season, placed fifth with a personal best time of 1:04.84 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships…Notched an NEICAAA qualifying mark of 3,531 points in the heptathlon at the Silfen Invitational.

High School
All-State, All-Long Island, All-County and All-League as a senior…All-Long Island and All-County in the triple jump in 2011-12…Team captain in 2013…Also competed in cross country…An Honor Roll student.
