2009-2010 Season: Cross Country: Ran a season best 16:12.00 at the Fairfield University Invitational…Also competed at the NCAA Regional Championship finishing in 26:43.2. Indoor Track: Ran a season best in the 1000m finishing in 3:17.37 at the Yale Giegengack Invitational and a season best in the 1 mile finishing in 5:34.45 at the SCSU Alumni Invitational. Outdoor Track: Ran season best at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship in the 1500m finishing in 4:54.40…Also a season best in the 800m finishing in 2:30.59 at the Yale Classic.

2008-09 Season: Outdoor Track: Ran a season-best and broke the school record in the 800m run finishing in 2:27.65 at the Springfield College Invitational on April 18...Ran a season-best in the 1500m at the Coast Guard Academy Invitational on April 4 finishing in 4:59.41. Indoor: Broke the school record and ran a season-best of 3:09.00 in the 1000m run and a season-best of 5:19.05 in the one mile run at the NE-10 Conference Championships on February 21...Broke school record in the distance medley relay with a time of 13:10.87.

2007-08 Season: Outdoor Track: Competed in the 800-meter run and 1500-meter run...Improved time in the 800 by more than 16 seconds throughout the course of the season, culminating in a season-best time of 2:31.43 at the Yale Classic...Ran a season-best 5:37.39 in the 1500 at the Owl Classic.

High School: Named to All-State, All-Conference and All-Academic Conference teams...Team captain.
