2010 Season: Started in all 10 games he appeared in for the Chargers…Tied for first on the team with six wins…Finished second on the team in innings pitched (61.0) and strikeouts (47)…Walked only 10 batters and held opponents to a .242 batting average…Registered a 3.10 ERA…Pitched six innings, allowed one run and struck out six in a 3-2 win against Dowling College on 3/6…Tossed seven shutout innings and struck out six in a 2-0 victory against Saint Thomas on 3/14…Threw a season-high eight innings, allowed two runs and struck out nine in a 4-2 win against Saint Rose on 3/21…Pitched six innings, allowed one run on three hits and struck out four in an 8-3 win against Southern New Hampshire on 4/10…Hurled seven innings, scattered seven hits and struck out three in a 6-2 win against Bentley on 4/24.

2009 Season: Appeared in eight games on the mound for the Chargers…Started four games and pitched a total of 30 2/3 innings…Threw 19 strikeouts and help batters to just 18 earned runs…Pitched a season-high five 2/3 innings in a start against C.W. Post on March 25, 2009…Boasted a season earned run average of 5.28.

2008 Season: Appeared in nine games and pitched 10 innings...Threw 10 strikeouts and allowed only four earned runs...Pitched a season-high 2 1/3 innings against American International on March 25...Threw two strikeouts in four different appearances throughout the season.

High School: Led school to 2006 playoffs for the first time in 10 years.

Personal: Career goal is to become a baseball coach...Son of Kathleen and Richard Smith...Has one sister, Kayleigh.
