2010 Season: All-America Honorable mention…Named to the All-Northeast-10 Conference First Team, the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings NCAA Division II East All-Region First Team, the Daktronics Division II All-East Region First Team and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association All-East Region Team…Led the Northeast-10 Conference in saves (11)…Made 19 appearances in relief for the Chargers…Posted a 3-1 record and 35 strike outs in 32.1 innings of work…Allowed only 26 hits and seven earned runs...Held opponents to a .228 batting average…Collected first save of the season in a 3-2 win against Dowling College on 3/6…Closed with two shutout innings and four strikeouts in a 2-0 win against Saint Thomas Aquinas on 3/14…Registered another save two days later in a 2-0 victory against Saint Thomas Aquinas…Notched his seventh save with four strikeouts in two innings pitched in a 7-4 win against Franklin Pierce on 4/5…Collected his eighth save of the season in 1.2 innings with two strikeouts in a 2-0 win at Southern Connecticut on 4/14…Recorded two saves in a doubleheader against Merrimack College on 4/18.

2009 Season: Became New Haven’s all-time leader in saves on April 19, 2009 when recording a one-inning save against Southern New Hampshire University…Made 23 appearances and the Chargers top closer…Pitched 44 1/3 innings and recorded seven saves and an unblemished 4-0 record…Collected 36 strikeouts, while allowing just 12 earned runs and five extra-base hits…Finished fourth on the season with a 2.44 earned run average…Posted two excellent outings against nationally ranked Franklin Pierce University, including a two 1/3 inning save in the 2009 Northeast-10 Conference Baseball Championship tournament and a four 1/3 inning victory on April 25, 2009…Recorded a season-high seven strikeouts against Stonehill College on March 28, 2009.

2008 Season: Appeared in 26 games as the Chargers closer...Pitched 40 1/3 innings and recorded a 5 wins compared to just one loss ... Led the Chargers with six saves and was second on the team with a 3.35 ERA.

High School: Named to All-State team in senior year...Two-time All-Conference selection...Led team to state championship game in junior season.

Personal: Career goal is to continue to play baseball...Son of Tracy and Joseph Rossi...Has one sister, Nicole.
