2012-2013 Season: Indoor Track: Posted a fourth-place time of 4:44.27 in the mile at the Elm City Challenge… Finished fifth in the 1000 meter run with a time of 2:41.33 at the Yale Season Opener…Posted a time of 11:05.64 in the 4,000-meter distance medley at the Yale Collegiate Invitational… Outdoor Track: Finished eighth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:35.67 at the UCONN Men’s Invitational…Also, posted a time of 4:22.15 in the 1,500-meter…At the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championship finished with a time of 1:59.96 in the 800-meter…Posted a time of 7:56.69 in the 4x800-meter relay at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship.

2011-2012 Season: Cross Country: Posted a time of 30:13.13 at the Victor F. Leeber S.J. Invitational…Crossed the finish at 34:53.3 at the NCAA East Region Championship.  Indoor Track: Took third place at the Yale Season Opener in the 1000m run with a time of 2:42.57 

2010-2011 Season: Indoor Track: Finished sixth at the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational in the 800m run clocking in at 2:01.88…At the SCSU Alumni Invitational, completed the 600m event in ninth place in 1:33.08…Finished 13th with a time of 2:02.42 in the 800m run at the Yale Collegiate Invitational. Outdoor Track: At the Coast Guard Academy Invitational, finished the 800m event with a time of 2:13.23 and recorded a 4:24.04 in the 1500m run to take 30th…Finished 18th at the Springfield College Invitational in the 800m run, clocking in at 2:05.02…Competed in the NE-10 Championships, posting a 2:03.74 in the 800m run taking 21st. Cross Country: Finished with a time of 25:50 in the 8k at the Northeast 10 Championships.

2009-10 Season: Cross Country: Competed in all six events in the 2009 season…Crossed the finish line with a time of 18:15 against Fairfield in a dual meet…Ran the Fairfield University Invitational in 29:25...Completed the Victor F. Leeber S.J. Invitational with a time of 29:37…At the New England Championships, finished with a mark of 28:48…Snatched 63rd place (28:58) in the Northeast-10 Conference Championships…Wrapped up the season with a 36:35 time at the NCAA Regional Championships. Outdoor Track: Posted a time of 2:01.37 at the Yale Classic in the 800m event…Also ran the 1500m event at the Coast Guard Invitational, recording a time of 4:15.53 for sixth place.

High School: Attended Alexander Hamilton Jr./Sr. High school...All League Champion, and team MVP...Holds records in nine events including 3 relays...Was an active member of the student government.
