The Chargers also rank fifth in the nation with an opponents' field goal percentage of 36.8 percent. The Blue and Gold leads the Northeast-10 in both categories in addition to a conference-best +7.3 rebounding margin. The Chargers rank second in the NE-10 with 10.4 turnovers committed per outing.

In the midst of his junior season, Anderson has climbed into fourth all-time at New Haven with 151 rejections. His 71 blocks in 2012-13 were the second-most in a single-season in Charger history, tied with Bill Jeffress' 71 blocks and two shy of Herb Watkins' 73 rejections - both from the 1986-87 campaign.

With two three-pointers on Dec. 22 at Southern Connecticut State, Justin Exum set a New Haven record with 253 career treys. He surpassed the mark of 251 triples established by Mike Grove from 1989-93. Exum's .383 shooting percentage from distance is the sixth-best in program history.

James, who also blocked three shots against the Golden Knights, shot 4-for-6 from the field and sank all three of his free throw attempts in the contest. After connecting on both on half of his six field goal attempts at SCSU, he is New Haven's most-efficient scorer this season at 28-for-48 (58.3 percent) from the floor en route to 6.1 points to go along with 8.2 rebounds per game.
