Last Time Out
New Haven got three goals each from Kathryn Campbell (Mansfield, Mass./Mansfield), Courtney Ackland (Perth, Western Australia/Churchlands) and Maya Szymanski (Framingham, Mass./Framingham) as the Chargers defeated the No. 20 Saint Anselm Hawks 13-9 in a Northeast-10 Championship quarterfinal on Wednesday evening at Arcadio 'Kayo' Rodriguez Field.

The Chargers scored the first two tallies of the game just over a minute in as Ackland and Szymanski recorded goals on their first shots of the contest. The game continued in two goal spurts each way as the Hawks tied the game at 2-2, before New Haven scored a pair of its own from Ackland and Corinne Fisher (Jackson, N.J./Jackson Memorial) to take a 4-2 lead at the 23:36 mark.

The two goal a side trend carried until the score was 6-4 in favor of the Blue and Gold on Ackland's third goal of the game with just more than six minutes left in the half. After Saint Anselm pulled to 6-5, the Chargers had the final say in the stanza as Campbell netted her second of the contest, propelling New Haven to a 7-5 halftime lead.

The Hawks rallied to score the first goal of the second half, but the Chargers went on a spurt, scoring four of the next five goals capped by Campbell's third goal of the night to make it 11-7 just before the midway mark of the frame. From there, each team held serve, netting two goals apiece with Szymanski scoring the final marker with 1:17 remaining to seal the contest.

In addition to the hat tricks from Campbell, Ackland and Szymanski, Caitlin O'Brien (Branford, Conn./Branford) scored a goal and added two assists with Fisher scoring a pair of goals and Nicole Belanger (Kinnelon, N.J./Kinnelon) adding one of her own.

Scouting Le Moyne
The Dolphins are 16-2 on the season and are led by the NE-10 Player of the Year and Tewaaraton Award nominee Erica Geremia, who leads NCAA Division II with 105 points on the strength of 61 goals and 44 assists.

Along the defense, goalie Molly Marbut was named the Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Year. She carries a 6.27 goals against average and a .550 save percentage into Saturday's matchup. Joining Geremia and Marbut on the NE-10 first team are Maggie Monnat, Vicki Graveline and Amari Pollard.

Kathy Taylor is in her first season as the head coach of the Dolphins. A former standout player at Cornell, she most recently spent six seasons as the head coach at SUNY Cortland, compiling a record of 115-17.

All-Time Series
New Haven is 1-5 all-time against Le Moyne. The Chargers defeated Le Moyne 11-10 on April 2, 2014. The Dolphins came away with an 18-10 win earlier this season at Kayo Field on March 19.

Getting Recognized
The Chargers landed five players on Northeast-10 All-Conference teams and won three major awards as announced by the conference on Thursday afternoon and voted on by the NE-10's 14 head coaches. Kathryn Campbell (Mansfield, Mass./Mansfield) was named the Midfielder of the Year, Brittany Ast (Glenwood, N.J./Vernon Township) was named the Defensive Player of the Year and Head Coach Jen Fallon was named the Coach of the Year.

It is the second year in a row that Campbell has been named the Midfielder of the Year. She was also named an NE-10 First Team member for the third consecutive season. This year she has scored 49 goals and assisted on 28 more. Her 77 points rank fifth in the NE-10 and her 75 draw controls are sixth. She is second in caused turnovers with 32 and ranks sixth with 49 ground balls.

Ast was named an All-Conference First Team performer for the second consecutive year. She leads the team and is fourth in the conference with 52 ground balls this season. She is also sixth in the NE-10 with 27 caused turnovers and has won 11 draw controls while anchoring a back line that has allowed a program best 7.47 goals per game in 2015.

Fallon led the Chargers to a 14-2 regular season record including a win against then No. 1 Adelphi on April 22, the first win against the Panthers in program history. New Haven also earned victories against top-15 opponents Dowling, LIU Post and Saint Anselm during the year. With the team's fifth triumph this season on March 22 at Saint Anselm, Fallon recorded the 100th win of her New Haven career. The 15 overall wins this season are the second most in Chargers' history trailing only the 2009 and 2014 squads who had 16 each.

In addition to Campbell, Ast and Fallon, three other members of the team were honored by the conference. Courtney Ackland (Perth, Western Australia/Churchlands) was selected as a First Team member. It is her third time being recognized by the conference after being named a Second Team performer last year and an All-Rookie Team member in 2013. She has scored 46 goals in 2015 including a season-best six goals at Southern New Hampshire on March 25. She recorded her 100th career goal with her second of the contest in the season finale against Franklin Pierce.

Nicole Belanger (Kinnelon, N.J./Kinnelon) and Corinne Fisher (Jackson, N.J./Jackson Memorial) were named to the Northeast-10 Conference Second Team. It is the second consecutive year that Fisher has earned the honor. She has 32 goals this season and is tied for the conference lead with 12 free position goals. She is third on the Chargers with 43 ground balls. Belanger is being honored by the conference for the second time after being named an All-Rookie Team selection last year. She has scored 28 goals this season and won 33 draw controls.

Campbell Closing In
With an appearance in Saturday's semifinal against Le Moyne, Kathryn Campbell (Mansfield, Mass./Mansfield) will tie assistant coach Ashley Ferrandiz (West Sayville, N.Y./Sayville) for the most games played in program history with 75. She also currently has 295 points in her career, putting her just five away from becoming the second player ever in school history to accumulate 300 career points.
