FULL AVCA ACADEMIC TEAM AWARD LIST

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of New Haven women's volleyball team was one of 147 Division II schools to be named a USMC All-Academic Team by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) as announced by the organization.

Overall, 1,213 volleyball programs across the country and across all levels, including men's volleyball, high school and two-year colleges, were honored with Team All-Academic accolades which requires a minimum team grade point average of 3.3 or above (on a 4.00 scale). The team GPA is based on a cumulative grade point average for the current academic year (2021-22), with New Haven's cumulative GPA coming in at 3.59 following an impressive spring semester with a combined GPA of 3.62, the highest among all of New Haven's 18 varsity programs. In addition to the Chargers, six other Northeast-10 programs were honored among the 147 Division II teams.
