WEST HAVEN, Conn. – The CSC announced its yearly Academic All-District Team for women's volleyball. Naliah Grannell (Hamden, Conn./Hamden), Juli De Acharan (Sevilla, Spain/IES Nestor Almendros), and Lauren MacKellar (Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich./Northville) were all featured on the 2025 team.

Grannell, a graduate student in the master of Public Health program, finished third on the team in sets played (98) while playing and starting in all 27 matches. Her 177 kills ranked third on New Haven, while her .259 hitting percentage was good for second on the team. Grannell's 100 total blocks were good for second in the NEC.

De Acharan, a senior majoring in business management, played in 97 sets across all 27 matches, while starting 18 of them. Her 464 assists led the Blue & Gold in 2025, as did her 4.78 assists per set.

MacKellar, a junior majoring in legal studies, played in a team-leading 101 sets across all 27 matches. Of the 27 matches, she started 25. The Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich. native led New Haven with 278 kills, which was good for sixth in the NEC.
