Boca Raton, F.L- After a tough loss against Lynn, the Chargers bounced back in dominant fashion to defeat the Panthers of Adelphi. The offense exploded with 21 hits, including five New Haven players collecting home runs on the afternoon.
Adelphi 4, New Haven 23 (7 innings)
The Chargers wasted no time getting things started in the first inning, starting with a leadoff homerun from Andrew Bianco (Kings Park, N.Y./Kings Park) to left field. The Chargers grabbed a total of seven runs in the first inning, going fully through the rotation before ending the inning on a strikeout. Robert Taylor (Wolcott, Conn./The Gunnery), Kenneth Franquiz (Bellmore. N.Y./Mepham), and Andrew Bianco (Kings Park, N.Y./Kings Park) all collecting RBIs in the inning.
Liam Carroll (Massapequa Park, N.Y./Massapequa) started off the game for the Chargers, he started the outing on a good note, forcing two ground outs, walking one, and one strikeout. He would continue the momentum with a 1-2-3 inning to retire the side in order in the second inning.
The offense just could not be stopped for the Chargers, graduate Noah Budzik (Cromwell, Conn./Cromwell) with a homerun to right field lead off the scoring for New Haven. New Haven would grab three more on the inning, with a single from Cole Maucere (West Babylon, N.Y./West Babylon), double from Owen Pincince (North Haven, Conn./North Haven), and a passed ball at the plate scoring one more.
Carroll continued to keep Adelphi at nothing, punching out one more after forcing two fly outs. It would not be until the fourth inning that the Panthers would find themselves on the board.
After a hit by pitch to start off the top of the fourth, Zach Pincince would send one over the fence in left field. Andrew Bianco (Kings Park, N.Y./Kings Park) keeping his bat hot, drove one to left field and found himself an RBI triple. At the end of the inning the Chargers would end up having a 19-0 lead.
The Chargers would get run number 21 and 22 in the top of the fifth and end their offensive streak with a homerun from freshman Matthew McIntire for a total of 24 runs. Five different players went for the long ball in this afternoon's game. Andrew Bianco (Kings Park, N.Y./Kings Park) and Kenneth Franquiz (Bellmore. N.Y./Mepham) in the first, Noah Budzik (Cromwell, Conn./Cromwell) in the third, Zach Pincince in the fourth, and Matthew McIntire in the seventh.

Kyle Allen (Middle Island, N.Y./Longwood), Izaiya Mestre (Pittsfield, Mass./Taconic), and Bryan Pazulski (Media, Pa./Cardinal O'Hara) all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards victory.
New Haven would tally a total of 21 hits on the afternoon, but the offense would be led by Andrew Bianco (Kings Park, N.Y./Kings Park) having himself a four-hit day in six at bats. Robert Taylor (Wolcott, Conn./The Gunnery) would lead the team with RBIs collecting four. Owen Pincince (North Haven, Conn./North Haven), Noah Budzik (Cromwell, Conn./Cromwell), Cole Maucere (West Babylon, N.Y./West Babylon), and Matthew McIntire would all rack up multiple hits for the Chargers.
