BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – The NEC has announced its weekly award winners, featuring New Haven Women's Basketball's Addisen Sulikowski (Saco, ME/Thornton Academy) taking home Player of the Week honors for the first time.

Sulikowski scored 16 points against the Wildcats of the University of New Hampshire, while also pulling down seven rebounds in her 37 minutes of work. The Saco, Maine native also finished with two steals. Sulikowski set new single-game season-highs in field goals made (six), three-pointers made (four), and rebounds (seven).

New Haven will open NEC play on Friday January 2nd at home against Stonehill College. Opening tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
