New Haven Lacrosse Announces Hire of Isabelle Eldridge

WEST HAVEN, Conn. – New Haven Lacrosse has announced the addition of Isabelle Eldridge as an assistant coach.

"I'm very excited to have Coach Izzy complete my staff. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will be crucial for our transition to Division I," Head Coach Kathelene Kim said.

"I'm thrilled to join Coach Kit and the rest of the program at New Haven. It's an extremely exciting opportunity to join a program in the midst of a historic transition. New Haven is doing great things on and off the field and there's no place I'd rather be," Eldridge said.

Eldridge last coached at Limestone University in a similar role with the Saints. At Limestone, Eldridge roles included recruiting responsibilities, oversight of academic performance, travel logistics, curating practice plans, and specialized in working with goalies. Under her leadership, the Saints qualified for the NCAA Tournament and finished 2025 ranked 17th in the country in the IWLCA poll. Eldridge also coached six All-Conference student-athletes and saw three of the program's players named IWLCA All-Region.

Prior to transitioning to coaching, Eldridge played on the Limestone women's lacrosse team from 2019 to 2024. She was a two-time captain and served as a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Eldridge also served as a travel lacrosse coach and a physical therapy technician.
