LONG ISLAND, N.Y. – New Haven Men's Golf traveled to Long Island, N.Y. on Monday for The Shark Invitational, sponsored by LIU, at Nassau Country Club.

Sophomore Tommaso Rossin (Milan, Italy/Istituto Leonardo Da Vinci) finished second overall in the tournament, firing a -1 over the course of three rounds. Starting with a +2 through the first round, Rossin found his way to a -4 for the second round before finishing the third round +1. The second-place finish gives Rossin his fourth top-three finish of the year.

Max Pawloski (Bethel, Conn./Bethel) finished second for the Blue & Gold and 29th overall, shooting +9. Pawloski's first two rounds went +4 and +5, respectively, before a strong third round of E polished off a top-30 performance.

New Haven is back in action on Saturday, April 18, at the Roar-EE Invitational, sponsored by Columbia University.
