Earned Academic Distinction (Fall) and Academic Honors (Spring) accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll...Also named to the New Haven Dean's List following the Fall semester...Led the New Haven pack in all six races during the season…Placed 12th overall out of 109 runners at the 8K Adelphi Panther Invitational (27:32.1)…Placed 40th of 257 at the 8K UMass Dartmouth Invitational (26:29.3)…Tallied a top-10 overall finish of ninth out of 75 at the Bruce Kirsh XC Cup (27:19.8)…Was 21st out of 206 at the James Early Invitational (26:45.9)…Led the team in 48th place at the NE10 Championships (29:30.7)…Led New Haven in 59th place at the 10K NCAA East Region Championship (34:10.8).

2018 Season:
Finished with a time of 37:11.2 at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships…Set a new 8K personal record at the Northeast 10 Conference Championships (26:38.4)…Placed 24th overall out of 104 at the 8K James Earley Invitational (27:05.1)…Completed the 8K Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational in 27:05.6.

2017 Season:
NE10 Commissioner's Honor Roll...Participated in all six races for the Chargers…Ran his 5K personal-best with a time of 17:33.1 at the Adelphi Invitational (9/1)…Finished 12^th at the Ted Owen Invitational (9/23) in the 8K race with a time of 31:19.6…Finished 10^th in the 8K race at the Western New England Invitational (10/14) with a time of 28:08…Ran an 8K season-best at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/21) with a time of 28:03.67.
 
2016 Season:
Competed in all six meets…Clocked a season-best 8K time of 28:00.4 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational…Finished 65th at the Ted Owen Invitational.

High School:
Two-time New York State Cross Country Championship qualifier at Archbishop Molloy High School…Indoor and outdoor national championship qualifier in the 4x800 relay…Outdoor national championship qualifier in the SMR…Also active in intramural sports and the Irish Club.
