2019 Season:
Earned Academic Honors (Fall) and Academic Distinction (Spring) accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll...Also named to the New Haven Dean's List following the Spring semester...Placed second on the team in each of the last three races of the season…Placed 55th overall out of 206 at the James Earley Invitational (28:03.7)…Finished 56th of 146 at the NE10 Championships (29:43.6)…Second on the team and 72nd of 168 overall at the NCAA East Region Championship (34:49.9).

2018 Season:
Competed at the NCAA DII East Region Championship and finished the 6.21-mile race with a time of 35:37.3…Finished with a time of 27:13.2 at the 8K James Earley Invitational, finishing 30th out of 104…Set an 8K personal record of 27:10.8 at the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup.

2017 Season:
NE10 Commissioner's Honor Roll...Northeast-10 Conference Athlete of the Week (10/17)…ECAC Runner of the Week (10/18)…2017-18 New Haven Men's Cross Country Team MVP...Competed in all six races for the Chargers…Was the top New Haven finisher in all six races…Ran his 5K personal-best at the Adelphi Invitational (9/1) with a time of 17:15.9…Ran his 8K personal-best with a time of 27:56.8, finishing seventh at the Western New England Invitational (10/14)…Finished sixth in the 8K race at the Ted Owen Invitational with a time of 29:37.
 
2016 Season:
Raced in all six meets…Clocked a season-best 27:57.4 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational…Finished 73rd at the Ted Owen Invitational.

High School:
All-League and All-Division performer as a junior and senior at Eastport South Manor High School…Part of the school record relay team in the 4x800…Member of the National Honor Society and National World Language Honor Society…Active in CSI Club and Student Council.
