2020-21: Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following both the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters. Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-East Region in the 110-meter hurdles … Competed in six of the Chargers meets in a season limited due to the CoVID-19 pandemic … Made his season debut at the Wilton Wright Invitational (Apr. 3) where he finished sixth in the 110-meter hurdles … The next weekend, added the 400-meter hurdles, finishing second at the Coast Guard Tri Meet with a personal best time of 58.25 … Followed that up the next day by winning medal honors at the James Barber Invitational (Apr. 11) in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.59 … Added one more medal finish on the season as a member of the 4x100-meter relay at the Eastern Connecticut Invitational (Apr. 15) … Earned All-Conference Third Team honors with a new personal best in the 110-meter hurdles at the NE10 Outdoor Championships (May 6-8) with a time of 14.95 … Closed out the season earning All-New England honors with a seventh place finish in the 110-meter hurdles at the New England Championship (May 14-15) … Also earned All-New England accolades as a member of the 4x100-meter relay team which finished fourth overall. Outdoor: 2020 outdoor season canceled due to the CoVID-19 pandemic.  Indoor: Placed second in the 55m hurdles at the Elm City Challenge with a time of 8.41 seconds … Set personal-bests in the long jump and 55 meter dash at the Elm City Challenge … Set personal best in the 55H with a time of 8.15 at the William Sutherland III Invitational … Qualified for the finals, where he placed third in the 60H with a personal-record of 8.69 seconds at the NE10 Indoor Championships.

High School: Four-time First Team All-Central Connecticut Conference honoree in both indoor and outdoor track … As a senior in 2019, he ranked second in the state in Class MM in the 300 hurdles and fifth in Class MM in the 110 high hurdles, qualifying for New England’s in both events … Served a team captain … Also played four years of football … Honor roll student.
