2020-21: Outdoor: Competed in five of the Chargers meets in a season limited due to the CoVID-19 pandemic … Posted six top-five finishes overall throughout the season … his best performance came at the Coast Guard Tri Meet (Apr. 10) where he finished top five in the three throwing events; shot put, discus and hammer … Saw his best individual finish come at the Eastern Connecticut Invitational (Apr. 15) with a discus throw of 39.02 meters which was good for second among the field … Set new personal best distances in the discus and hammer at the NE10 Outdoor Championships (May 6-8) … In the hammer, finished with a distance of 38.22 meters, while his discus toss of 39.35 meters finished among the scorers in eighth place overall. Indoor: 2020-21 indoor season canceled due to the CoVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20: Outdoor: 2020 outdoor season canceled due to the CoVID-19 pandemic. Indoor: Competed in seven meets during the indoor season … Earned a pair of top-five finishes at the Lyons Invitational (Jan. 17), including a personal best in the shotput at 12.37 meters which was fifth overall … Also finished third in the weight throw with a toss of 11.83 meters … Set a personal best in the weight throw at the NE10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 20-21) with a throw of 12.57 meters.
2018-19: Outdoor: Competed in six meets in his first outdoor campaign … Set then personal bests at the Mark Young Invitational (Apr. 20) in the hammer throw (33.64 meters) and the discus (36.53 meters) … Posted three top-10 finishes at that same meet and the next weekend finished eighth overall in the Shotput and discus at the Yale Springtime Invitational (Apr. 28) … Competed in the three major throwing events at the NE10 Outdoor Championship (May 3-4) with a pair of top-20 finishes in the discus and hammer. Indoor: Set season-bests in both shot put (11.21m) and weight throw (10.42m) at the SCSU Last Chance Meet (Feb. 22) … Also saw his best finishes at that same meet with a sixth place showing in the shotput and a 12th place finish in the weight throw.
High School: Participated in Track and Field for three years at Ramapo, where he was a captain for a year … Also played football for three years and basketball for two.
