CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in three meets during the cross country season … Best individual performance came at the Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational where he finished 49th out of 97 runners, finishing sixth among the Chargers. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran in eight meets during the indoor season … Was a member of two scoring relays at the NE10 Championships, the 4x800 and the distance medley relays … Opened up the indoor season with his best individual performance, a second runner-up showing in the 800 at the Art Kadish Elm City Challenge … Followed that up with a fourth place finish in the same event at the Wesleyan Indoor Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season … Individually, ran the 800-meter with his best showing at the Jay Carisella Invitational where he finished 10th overall with a time of 2:01.85 … Was a member of the fourth place finishing 4x800-meter relay at the NE10 Championships.
2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four meets during the cross country season … Opened up the year on the scoring five for the Blue and Gold, finishing 60th at the Adelphi Panther Invitational with a time of 29:38.3. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in four meets during the indoor track and field season … Ran the 800-meter in all four meets, the first three times individually and the final time at the NE10 Championships as a member of the 4x800 relay that finished seventh overall … Best individual finish was also a seventh place finish, that coming at the Yale Season Opener with his time of 2:04.74. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran in eight meets during the outdoor season … Competed primarily in the 800-meter run as an individual, setting a personal best in the middle distance event at the Jim Barber and Jack Malone Invitational with his time of 1:59.70 … Also set a personal best in the 1,500-meter run at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational with a time of 4:24.58 … Ran as a member of the 4x800-meter relay at both the Northeast-10 Championships and the New England Championships.

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: 2020-21 indoor track & field season canceled due to the CoVID-19 pandemic. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season, including individually in the 800-meter run at the NE10 Championships where he finished 13th overall with a time of 2:03.81 … Best individual finish in the first season back since the pandemic came in the season opener when he finished fourth overall in the 800 at the Wilton Wright Invitational.
2019-20: Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following the Spring 2020 semester. CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in three meets during his freshman cross country season … Finished among the scorers for the Chargers at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational where he finished 91st out of 167. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran in six meets during his rookie indoor season … Set a personal best in his first meet out of the gates in the 600-meter run at the Elm City Challenge with his time of 1:32.17 … Transitioned the 800-meter run after the New Year, finishing fourth place overall on a pair of occasions … Made his first appearance in the NE10 Championships as a member of the seventh place finishing distance medley relay. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: 2020 outdoor track and field season canceled due to the CoVID-19 pandemic.
